"Ive been with the for some years now,loved them in the beginning They use to be very pleasant,courteous, helpful and friendly, but they've made quite a few mistakes this past year with my account that could have cost me lot of overdraft fees had I not had extra money in the bank because it took me 2mths to catch it, an they were not so professional, courteous, or friendly about it even though no overdrafts occured, my card was still debited incorrectly it should have been done once a mth an they were doing it once every 2 weeks. You cant just fo pols money that way an not expect them to be upset . They've made a few mistakes since (believe me I keep my on my account a lot more since then ) . They continue to be kind of short with a little I'll tempered, unless calling you to see if you wanna open anew account because yours Is coming to a close an mine is 1 more payment an my last purchase with them will be finished an if I ever need to rent to own again I'm not sure it'll be from them. UPDATE: I do apologize it was not the peachorchard rd location, it was the Windsor spring location in the food lion plaza ."

"The store "manager" Stacy displays the worst customer service I have ever seen from any "professional" business. If I hadn't paid half of what I owe for the sofa I got, I would take it back only because of this woman and her disrespectful, ghetto and rude behavior. You are supposed to make managers out of people who are friendly, happy, and enjoy working with customers. Not the fry cook in the back which is clearly her mentality. Will never do business with this store again ONLY because of Stacy who loves to let people know that's she's the store manager and you don't need to talk to someone else other than her. I will be calling corporate Monday. Thank you to the other employees who are friendly and I feel sorry for them having to work with her. 7/1/17"
