"Went in for the very first time and there were four people working. Not one of them greeted me as I stood at the counter, I had to ask the elderly woman sitting by the door if she was there for services. So needless to say, I walked out. Very unprofessional."

"Terrible experience . All I asked was for a simply cat outline, literally a few lines. The best he could do was a cat sticker. The nails were thick and bumpy and I spent 80 dollars . It seems that as soon as I mentioned that I wanted long nails, the guy that did my nails shouted that I was getting long nails to the lady up front. They quick to add extra for long nails ."

"I am from out of town but now I will wait until I get back home after this horrible experience. I did not receive half the service I usually receive. What's even worst I was charged$100.00 dollars for this service. I was robbed! I was charged $25.00 for each hand and foot. Who charges this? I was so shocked when I had to pay and I even asked for an explanation about the charge but given information I did not understand. I should have known something was wrong because I was asked a number of times had I been there before, I hate this!!! Never step foot in this place again!!!"

"Horrible! I sat down for a pedicure at 4:46 it’s 5:02 and I’m already back in my car and done. Then they charged me $30. Beware! Lord I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Nothing about what I just received was a pedicure. The sign out front says Professional Nails however on google it’s showing up as Nails Unlimited. There is something up with that! This is the nail place right by Lowes off Peach Orchard Road. I’m speechless honestly I felt like I was just robbed. I learned a lesson today and that is not to go to any nail salon just because it’s closer when you get off work! Stick to who you know people!"
