"Where to start….I had an appointment Wednesday the first to go blonde. I had no idea I’d be leaving there with brittle hair that was breaking off. I tried to get my money back and the owner has yet to call me back. I was told by the stylist that my hair was possibly falling out do to the fact that I had my hair in a pony tail for such a long time. Needless to say I ran to my actual stylist and begged forgiveness for cheating on her. My hair is now soft. I will never come back here. I’m highly disappointed in the owner. I strongly recommend you do not use this establishment."
