I saw an ad online, scheduled an appointment for brow microshading and received a call the same evening from Shanta to go over the procedure, cost, and additional details. She kept in touch with me prior to my appointment to help me prepare. On appointment day, she went over each step in the process again to ensure that I was comfortable. Her energy was great and you can tell she truly enjoys enhancing the beautiful features that we all have! At the end of my appointment, we scheduled my follow-up and the next day, I received a reminder message to complete my follow up care. Customer care and skill are A-1 at Bella Bonita!
