"I came in to get my baby some munchkins. I ordered 25 and said please I want a mix but make sure there are some glaze, chocolate and jelly ones. I don't care how many you put of each just make sure I have some of those. Get to the window checked and no chocolate. I ask hey there is no chocolate the guys asked the other employee she said I didn't know, then the guy proceeded to grab some chocolate for me and with his dirty gloves no tissue or anything he grabbed the chocolate donuts put them in a bag and handle them to me. That's disgusting."
"Usually, this dunkin has been great to us, but whats up with the newer crew. Woman who took our order, had an attitude(which is not usual) and didnt even gave us the coffee right. (Picture attached) does this looks like a well made mocha. Was this racist , because im obviously mexican? I mean. Disappointed tbh"
"I have been going to this location for over a year 5 days a week and the last 2 months the service has gone down. They never have anything they always say we waiting on the truck. So today I get to the window and Amy hands me my food. I got the hash brown in bowl so I asked for a fork. We don’t have any I said ok can I get a drink carrier we don’t have any I said well my goodness yall never have anything Amy then looks and says go somewhere else then. I asked for the manager some guy came to window said he was manager and told me he could not give me his manager number or general manager or cooperate number to address the issue. Needless to say I’m contacting cooperate today it sucks u work hard spend over 100$ a week there and that’s the customer service I receive."
"Absolutely absurd. The crew doesn't even know how to make an ice coffee. You keep a menu board up that's out of date and half the products you don't even sell. The slowest and worst DD I've been to. Can't even get an order made correctly. Been here 5x and I'm done with it. No customers inside and the place was so dirty. Went to use the restroom. Didn't even use it they were so disgusting."
"Stopped in at 9am before our sales meeting today. I went inside and got an assorted dozen. The line went really quick and the doughnuts were extremely fresh. They were so good I forgot to snap a before picture before we almost ate all of them!"
