"I’m from out of state and visited this nail salon last month on a Thursday morning. I asked for a pedicure. The woman working told me to pick out a nail polish. I got up to do that and she asked if my toenail polish was gel and I said yes, and she told me that if I have gel nail that I have to get gel again. I was very disappointed because I didn’t want gel nail again. I only wanted regular nail polish that I could remove at home when needed. I would have paid extra for the gel nail removal, but she didn’t give me that as an option, only told me that I have to get gel again. I should have just left and went to a different place that could have been more accommodating. She did a good job on my toenails and the gel nail pedicure lasted for 6 weeks before chipping. I decided to remove the gel polish myself after it started chipping instead of going back to a salon that won’t give me a regular pedicure. After finally getting off the gel polish at home, my toenails are completely damaged and it will take weeks for new nail growth. I’m not blaming the 2nd pedicure as the reason my toenails are damaged and weakened, but I do blame the salon for the fact that I didn’t want gel polish for a second time and I wasn’t given the option just to have that previous gel nail polish removed and a normal pedicure. After my damaged toenails grow out, I definitely will never have gel polish placed back on my toenails again and advise anyone to avoid gel nail polish unless they like weak & thin nails."

"Have visited this nail salon plenty of times in the past. Hadn’t been in a few months. Went back today to get my acrylics removed and to just get a manicure and pedicure. The young man there was wonderful and very friendly. He was the reason I left a $10 tip, because both women seemed cold and rude. People know when they’re not welcome somewhere and customer service is 85% of the sale, doesn’t matter how good the product is. The other two older ladies who were there while I was there, were treated very friendly. Don’t understand why you would treat any of your customers with such a bad and cold attitude, but I won’t be going back. The young man deserves a 5 star review. The two women deserve a 1 star review. So I gave them a 3 star review."

"I just went in yesterday to get my nails done here for the first time. I’ll start first by saying as soon as we walked in we were not welcomed just stared at… But I got an sns set. my nail doesn’t go all the way down to my cuticle so it looks like my nails are grown out & not a fresh set. The man that did my nails cut my finger multiple times! One of my thumb nails isn’t even shiny because he forgot a to put top coat. I called before hand for price & was told $35 but when I went to pay it was $45. Very displeased & disappointed."

"After telling her i wanted to put an acrylic tip on my big toe she tells me that gel is a "better idea" and apparently it makes your toenails grow. She insisted so i said whatever and she filed my toenail wayyy to short. My gel manicure was very bumpy and unprofessional. I will not be back! I spent 45$ on a 30 second massage, gel polish that she chipped after filing my toes after the polish was on and cured, and she saw that she chipped it and didn't bother to fix it. Pathetic honestly."
