"I made an appointment and came in about 10 mins early so I expected to wait. When I sat down in the chair the man said I would have to wait and he started on another woman. When I get sat down again I had to wait on the woman for about 10 more minutes. My appointment was for 3 pm and I didn't even get started until almost 3:30. I asked for an ombre fake nail set and the ombre was very streaky and patchy. Pretty upset since these are for prom in a week."

"My service day was 3/4/23. I will not be going back to this place. On 3 weeks ago I got a pedicure fill in on my nails along with eyebrow waxing. Three days later my gel polish started chipping and my toenails were not filled properly. My eyebrows were cute. On 3/4/24 I arrived at 11:10 along with 2 other ladies. The lady asked me could I wait a few minutes. 45 minutes went by. The technician Lee came to the front area asking for pedicure the lady said no I want a fillin then they proceeded to take the 2 other ladies that came in after my party. Finally around 1:10 I was moved to the pedicure chair. After being seated for 5 minutes they placed a lady in the chair beside me and the technician started on the lady they placed beside me. By that time the water was cold. I left that place at 4:28. I will not be returning and will not recommend this place. I was given a dry apology but it was not sincere. Guess what happened nail polish started chipping. The same day service was received."
