"First time there. Brought my granddaughter. Very unprofessional. The place was a mess. Floor dirty. Seems like the employees were unsure of what they were doing. The pedicures and manicures plus gel nails for my granddaughter were sloppy. The worst I have ever had. It was difficult to communicate what you wanted. The prices were unbelievable with this poor service. The fish video with annoying music was so irritating. The lady that was taking care of my granddaughter was on a personal phone call several times which made our time there longer.Thought I was going to pull my hair out. I tell it like it is. If you are good I tell that. If you are bad I tell that. This was unbelievable bad. Also there was a baby that belong to one of the employees that made it hard to relax."
