"I've had such a terrible experience with UPS. So I sent my package and it shipped. And someone wasn't there to pick it up. And after they attempted to deliver it. I got a notification saying that the package is damaged and that was on november 20, 2023. I don't know how they could have damaged it when it was packed properly and in the description it says glass door. And no matter how much I call to find out what was damaged in details they wouldn't tell me. And they wrote a letter basically saying that It's my fault and they will not be reimbursing me. And they Are just going around around In circles are not telling me what I want to know and finally today on the 30th of December it was delivered with both sides of the Door shattered."
"Lazy driver thought he was slick noting my package as “attempted delivery,” when he was nowhere near my building. He was waiting down the block drinking water while I saw from my window — he didn’t step one foot out of the truck and drove off. I have a heavy dockage that requires a signature so these drivers think they can be slick by routing the work until the next day! Today was the only day I could accept this package and I’m in a wheelchair! Somebody get in contact with me from the sorting facility to call the driver!"
"I do t have access to a printer. Neither does UPS store. But the gentleman was beyond helpful, manually taking care of the mailing for me, which was above and beyond his duties. I really appreciate it him taking the time to do it, and his attitude was excellent."
"Please do not have your package held here. The actual people are “giving away your package to other people.” I went to pick up my package that I had rerouted to this location and the man there said someone just came to pick it up, with my id and a con Ed bill(who does that, shady right there). Then as soon as I stepped out this same man marked the package as delivered to my house. I had to get a police report and go through an entire claim process where no one is held accountable for the shady practices being done here. Horrible experience and I honestly am just leaving this review on the off chance someone checks reviews before changing delivery to this location. No accountability, a belligerent man who clearly was involved in the theft of my package. On top of it all, when you file a claim the location conducts a search of the package. How ironic when I check the status of my claim online it stated that it was closed and the package had been found. I end up all ups to their off shore call centers who can hardly speak English to find out where the package was, when they contact the location, the location stated they were actually still looking for the package and REOPENED THE CLAIM. Had I not been checking it would have been brushed off. Completely shady operations, I don’t know why their loss prevention (if they even have it) is not doing a full investigation into the practices of this location. Just don’t get your package shipped here."
"I don’t know if it’s a coincidence but my family members packages been missing and unable to track. We suspect that the driver which are probably pro at stealing people stuff are doing this mystery. They can see the description of the item and what company it came from and they’re interested. My packages supposed to arrive 1-2 expedited shipping. 8 days later still missing when they delivered a piano same day. I guess it’s easier to miss or steal a smaller package. So sketchy I went to the warehouse also and asked if they have my package somewhere. I wanted to track the driver or truck itself because I am not playing. This is frustrating having to track and chase a package when it’s being toyed around. I have the app and track and then all of a sudden the tracking stopped when it’s supposed to be out on delivery. Seriously. My brothers package marked delivered he never got his watch! See they look at your package description and see what they can take. They target specific address! I wish I can control where the company sends my package not UPS! I can’t trust the bad apples that work. I won’t stop until I catch that driver that marks delivered and keeps to himself. Response to owner?! : not sure how you are going to help me I called different numbers being passed to me. I found the company address and number here on google. They outsourced it to different countries so it’s useless to keep making different calls it’s just dragging. I reported it and they are sending me another item hopefully it will arrive safely at my hands! Cause if not I’m definitely camping and going to catch the thief. Even if I have to call out of work! I have packages due tomorrow and I continue to track them! If they mysteriously stop and disappear again then someone needs to really get their A game. What’s the purpose of the app then?! You have a reputation to provide service to people so they can trust you! Not the other way around. I’m going to do my investigation because this couldn’t have been a coincidence. Someone is covering up all these mishaps and delivered marks. News 12 or ABC 7 might take up this issue."
