"We had this three times. The 1st time they were really bussy no prob, understand. The 2nd and 3rd, was only me plus I ordered online and got a pick up time. I get there at that time and its not ready plus I had to wait for four other people who came in after me and ordered then and there, not online, to get theirs done while I just stand there. This was the last time. Food is great but not worth having to stare at someone to make sure they don't forget you, nor is it worth ordering online. To make things worse, the online order was wrong. Things ask to be left off was still put on, extra sauces ordered not given to us."
"If you want authentic Puerto Rican food, this is your place. Ask the owner what YOU want, and I promise he'll give it to you. Get the lunch special to try things out if you want. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, for real."
"Having saw earlier reviews, I came in with an expectation of good to great food. I was the only customer at the time and was greeted by a friendly man who then took my order for 6 beef tacos. Food came up in a fair amount of time and the female cashier handed over my order. The tacos were covered in "magic" sauce that looked and tasted like mayo mixed with a tomato sauce (maybe ketchup). It could be that I was not up to speed on what the sauce would be but it would have been nice for one of the attendants to offer a traditional sauce option. In addition the beef seemed to be aging."
"I'm writing this as I'm eating my lunch special . I just want to thank whoever taught the cooks to cook this way. This chicken? Perfectly seasoned. My plantains? Crunchy, tender and delicious. My rice and beans? Perfectly filling and great tasting. This cilantro crema? I want it on everything. I'll put it on everything. I need this stuff by the bottle. Thank you for introducing authentic Puerto Rican food to this area. It's soooooooooooooo good. The service was great and I'll be BACK SOON."
