"Just stopped to get an order of Bo rounds to snack on. Not only were they cold and old, But NO Body in that store at 2:30 in the afternoon seemed to care. Not the manager who was struggling with only idiot teenagers to work with, not the kitchen staff who continued to roll their eyes with their incompetent co workers not willing to make an effort, ALL could have cared less. ONLY visit this store when the morning shift is there. They seem to work harder, my food is always top notch (like I usually get in bigger city's), and the morning crew is pleasant and goes above and beyond has always been my experience. I will continue to stop at my fav breakfast place when I come through on my travels, just only in the morning time when I can count on good coffee and warm smiles delivering good hot food."
"Grilled chicken wasn't ready for my sandwich but they gave me an estimate of how long the wait would be and it was accurate. I appreciate being notified in advance so I could have changed my order to avoid the wait. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it and the fries were seasoned well! Thank you!"
"Don't bother. Service sucked. I don't think the workers are getting the right training or supervision. Go somewhere else. Hate to say it. I used to love this place. However, don't bother. Does the owner care? The female on the orders for the drive thru sounded like she was inconvenienced. Time to find another line of work."
"The best morning staff on this side of Georgia. The staff is always dressed accordingly, the staff is always courteous and delightful, and the food is always fresh and hot. I sit inside and eat daily and I wouldn’t go to another spot because you just don’t get customer service anymore like that staff providers at this location. They need more money if you ask me for the things I’ve witness them deal with. They always stay professional and keep on pushing."
