"I went to purchase wings, but told staffing to please cook them fresh. They have wings just sitting for fast purchase. I didn’t want them, considering they sit for a limited time. They dropped the wings back in the grease, and wanted them serve to me. That was totally unacceptable to me!!!. I pay for fresh cooked food not sit for hours food. I immediately told them to not serve me something that I specifically told you I didn’t want!!!!! Yeah they speak a different language and I was skeptical about even purchasing anything!!!"

"We tried this place Monday oct 2nd and we absolutely hated it. Food went to trash. My husband said how do you mess up shrimp fried rice & wings? Y'all did. The beef & veg meal with white rice was yuck as well... egg rolls soggy too. Never again."
"This is some of the best Chinese food in the CSRA. The thing I love most about New Chan is their consistent flavor and generous portions. I would know been a customer of theirs for over a decade and Baby when I rave about a place I mean it, I'm a true foodie and MR LI'S chicken wings and BBQ ribs are heaven in a takeout plate. His fried wontons are so crispy and generously filled with cream cheese goodness they're a must. His staff is always friendly and helpful. If you haven't yet, don't wait anymore just get in the car and go live your best life!"
