"If you want a clean, contemporary restaurant with an open kitchen, you will definitely appreciate Edgar’s Grille. I ran across the restaurant in route to CVS and decided to check it out after reading a few reviews. We shared the Edgar’s Burnt Ends( Pork Belly vs Brisket) and we both had the Edgar’s Salad. I had steak and hubby has chicken. We both thought pork belly could have been cooked a little longer. The pork fat was tough and hard to chew. We had to cut the small pieces of meat away from the fat. The flavor was very good though. The salads are big enough to share!! The steak was seasoned well and cooked to my satisfaction ( med well). I would have preferred to have it a tad bit warmer. Per hubby the chicken was a little dry; however the seasoning was good. We will be back. Our server was Monica and she was fantastic! You MUST visit!"

"There's no real way to go wrong with deciding to come here. I'd heard lots about it and it's all the truth: good food and a lot of it. Beverages are extra. The service was great also. Only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is that I CAUGHT THEM SNEAKING IN A 15% SERVICE CHARGE on my tab! I was alone, and I questioned why and was told it's a standard thing now! Had I not examined it closely I would've overlooked it, and then they expected a tip on top of that!"

"Food was good, could of used a lil salt, waitress was very nice brung both my wifes appetizers but forgot my appetizer. When i reminded her after getting hangry she apologized and said coming right up. I said if the food is about to come please just cancel it. She said it wasn't but she was wrong, came right after and messed up my appetite. Will try again we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary so that kinda messed my dinner up but they gave a free dessert."

"I was in Augusta for a business trip, and we took a customer out to dinner at Edgar's Grille. Most of their ingredients are local, and part of your bill goes to educational programs at Helms College. I already like this place. They start you off with a delicious roll. For appetizers, we shared the Burnt Ends and Crispy Pecan Shrimp. They were both outstanding. For my meal, I had the Pan Seared Salmon. It had a fig glaze with toasted almonds and comes with sweet potatoes. I loved it. My only minor frustration was that the bar was running very slow. We would have ordered more drinks if we could. I did really enjoy the food and would recommend dining at Edgar's Grille."
