"The servant was knowledgeable, building was clean service was great, food was good I highly recommend Gallie's."
"I bought two (2) pounds of jumbo shrimp and five (5) whole red snapper fish. I requested my five (5) whole fish be cleaned and each to be cut into two (2) equal half making it ten (10) in total. After about forty-five (45) minutes of waiting, the owner called my number and I went inside, payed for the fish and shrimp and left. I drove home and dropped the package in my freezer. A week later I took the package out of the freezer to cook for my visitors and noticed the fish was 9-half pieces instead of ten (10) and the shrimp was less than a pound after defrosting. I immediately called Galles and a worker picked up the phone and after listening to me, told me to talk to the owner and the person made me feel he was handing the phone to the owner. The owner after listening to me also told me that he’s about to hand the phone to the owner (second time). The third worker finally told me the owner wasn’t around and that I should call back next day. I hung up and never called back. I used to go there every week but have not gone back there."
"This morning I had the best customer service experience you could imagine that I just HAD to let the world know about. I never had catfish before and decided to try it. A gentleman asked me if I'd like it cut up into little nuggets because I wanted it fried very hard and when I say it was awesome!...I mean AWESOME! To go the extra mile to make sure I would love the catfish is a business deserving recognition at its finest. Thank you Galle's and family. You are appreciated."
"Nice family owned shop with fresh fish counter, skilled cooks and top notch food. I especially enjoy the catfish and the whole fried fish. Staff is friendly. They make it to order so it is not quick. It is well worth the wait. Give it a try!"
