"Pull up to drive thru shortly after 9pm. I attempt to order their grilled salmon. I am told the grill is off and being cleaned. So I ask, are you still open? (Because I'm trying to figure out why a restaurant would just cut a GRILL off during business hrs). The young lady responds, yes we are...you can order something else. I say ok thanks, and she responds you can just come back tomorrow.....lol. WTH? If you turn the grill off during BUSINESS HOURS today, what makes tomorrow any different? An entire new store, yet nothing has changed! I always kick myself when I go to another location other than Washington Rd."
"Prices are way too high. They got my order wrong. Mgr and employee were upset with me. But I was very specific on my order. When they took the order back I told them that I had touched the order instead of throwing it away they were going to serve the food to new customers. I had to tell the Manager twice I touched the food. (Which should of been thrown away) Was treated horribly. I will Not visit that store. If prices don't come down or coupons are No longer distributed unfortunately I won't return due to the Increased Prices! Rather pay to go to a nice restaurant for the same price!"
"Food was freshly cooked. Tasted great. The menu is not too expensive. It offers a variety of food options. The staff was very nice and polite. The wait time was not too long. Very nice looking and clean. A wonderful establishment to take the family out for a warm hearty dinner. 5 STARS!!!"
"I guess when they shut the place down for whatever reason, they took care of the rat, roach, equipment issues, so that's grea, but the staff is still garbage. It just seriously annoys me when fast food workers want so much money for minimum wage but they are so sorry. You get what you're worth. If you want better then DO better."
"So when did Captain D's start selling Mrs. Paul's fish sticks? I got a 2 piece, when I got home I was like HUH? Then it was soggy and greasy. So disappointed. About 20 fried okra pieces, and a tablespoon of green beans. Now I'm not greedy, but I do expect my money's worth. 2 skinny strips of fish and one of them had an end broken off. Never going to this restaurant again. But I will give another location a try since I love Captain D's."
