"Family and friends had told me about it, I had only been to the Evans location but I think this food is even better! As you can see, I was hungry and I ate it all at one sitting! I usually decline breads, but that cornbread patty was gorgeous, with crispy edges and delicious, OMG!! The chicken was crispy and the veggies flavorful. My least favorite item was the Mac and Cheese, but I made it work. They haven't been open but for a few months, hopefully they will keep up the good work."
"I am so happy this restaurant is here! I have been waiting for soulfood/comfort /southern food for so long. You would think it would be easy to find in Augusta, but I haven't until today. I had bbq sliced pork tenderloin, black eyed peas, collard greens, and a fried hoecake. Yum!"
"First time visiting Goolsby. The vegetable selection was good. The food was delicious. The women working the line were very nice and provided great service. The only complaint was that the chicken tenders were slightly tough. Definitely will be back!"
