"Not sure what has happened here, but what they have on the menu is not what they are selling. The 3 chick combo is now a 2 chick combo, the 2 sunriser combo is now just 1, but the menu shows it the same as always. It's like a very real bait and switch. They have just lost a lifelong customer."

"I placed a mobile order On Nov 26 which is a sunday and went to go pick it up at 9:45pm and I get to the window and they say they are closed. Why are you guys taking online mobile orders if you guys are closed because I have already been charged for the food. Its ridiculous. Then on top of that it states this location is open till 11pm. So how do I go about getting a refund bc im sure if I go back to the store theyll say we cant do mobile order refunds just like every other fast food chain that lets you do mobile orders."

"Customer service 5 Efficiency 5 The food was hot and fresh. The one on Bobby Jones is the best one in Augusta. The Gentleman who took our order was courteous and respectful."

"First time coming here. It took probably 35min to get through the line with only 4 cars in front. The soda tasted weird and the cheapest burger was the size of a $.50 cent piece and smelled and tasted not like a burger. Will never go back to this fast food restaurant again. For 3 drinks and small burger it was over $13."

"This probably is one of the cleanest Krystal’s I have ever been to. I don’t know who the manager is right now, but they are doing a great job compared to a few other local spots around town. Can’t beat the price right now on a sack full! Check this place out one day for lunch. Probably some of the best fast food for the money."
