"Saw that the Ruben was rated as one of the best. It was the worst meal I have ever had. Vinegar was very prominent….to the point of being the majority flavor you could taste. The bread on the bottom was so soggy that you could not even pick the sandwich up. The meat tasted like a hot dog. We were a party of four and I gave the others the majority of the sandwich to taste. One bite and they, too, pushed the plate away. We ask the waiter three times for sweet tea. It arrived as we were leaving. The other three people in our party said their food was awfu as well. ( we all ordered different food). In the past, I really enjoyed eating here. Unfortunately, we all agreed this was the last time we would dine here. A real disappointment Tables were also not being cleared the entire time we were there, so we were surrounded by tables piled with dirty dishes."

"Mediocre salad bar is one trip or two, depending on who you ask. My Southwest bowl claimed to contain grilled chicken and Romain lettuce. This chicken had never, ever been grilled, and had the distinct cold wetness of cooked, frozen and thawed poultry. Rather than romaine, it contained old, hard white and yellow iceberg lettuce cores. The picture is of my bowl after eating tge small portion that was edible"

"I ordered the CB chicken potatoe. My meal honestly tasted good and was prepared just right. The establishment was clean and the staff seemed pretty friendly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I waited 20 minutes for my food. I ordered my food for dine in and somehow they bagged it as to go. Still will visit again when in the area"

"I order a modern med bowl. I was happy when I saw they followed the instructions about no peppers in it due to my pepper allergy. Why I gave it a one star is because while eat my food I found moldy feta cheese. I stop eating the bowl from there even though that all I had to eat for lunch while I was at work"

"You know the old saying…stick to what you know? Well I’m learning in Augusta that’s not always true. I’ve always been a Jason’s Deli fan…from freshness to how quick and clean the inside of the restaurants are. Today I visited Jason’s Deli in Augusta for the first time and I was disappointed. From starters it wasn’t crowded at all but for some reason the cashier and other workers were slow to help customers. The to go orders were being neglected for sure. I saw a lady waiting about 15 minutes to pick up a order she had already called in. The restaurant it self is one of the nicer locations…it has a newer remodeled seating on the inside…and it’s the largest one I’ve been too…but the service and food was lacking. I paid $19 for a drink and sandwich with chips and rice crispy. I could have went to Bonefish right beside them and had a better meal for that price. I give them 3 stars because even though there drink machine wasn’t working they made the best of it..and were giving refills via over the counter. I opted for sweet tea so I didn’t have to bother them with refilling my drink. Just from my observation if you moved this exact location to Huntsville Alabama it would have triple the business. Overall I more than likely won’t be back unless I’m craving a $19 sandwich. I can’t recommend going here when there’s better priced places to eat lunch and better quality and service. 3/5 because at least the restaurant was clean and adequate seating."
