"Finally tried this after many recommendations from friends. We ordered three trays and a shake. The peanut butter chocolate cake was very good! The trays we sample okra, cheese bites (recommend), fries and the "walking taco". Walking taco, tostiloco, etc. is popular in South America, and here they put it in original Doritos bag with sour cream, lettuce, cheese and beef. Was highly surprised they offered this. Chicken sandwich was alright and the coke float was mediocre. However the PEOPLE who work at this location have great customer service, and that's what is most important! The drive thru cashier, was incredibly patient with my wife and said "Order whenever you feel comfortable." Not all locations show this patience and a lot can be rude. Thank you for a good stop and a wonderful first time at Cook-out. We highly recommend and would come back."

"I went to this facility for the first time walked in and seen in the bathroom was clean and they had a candle in the bathroom to make it more pleasant courtesy of Miss Valerie I hope the owner of this facility knows what type of worker she is and what type of people they got working for because that is an ingenious thing to do to help keep a bathroom, smelling better. The rest of the facility was fairly clean fairly nice customer service will probably come again"

"It's not too bad when you want a burger in a pinch, I have had great ones and so-so ones here, just wish they were consistent. I want to love them so much more. I do love the price to what you get, and the shakes are a hit with the kiddos."

"They were able correct my order before I arrived to the window but once at the window the service was so-so. Ordered the steak style and the cheddar style burgers which came out to be the size of my palm, patty slightly smaller, onions and bacon thrown on the sandwich clumped together. Double order of onion rings equals 8 rings. Double order of fries equals a handful. I had more onions on the burger than onion rings. The menu is overwhelming. As a first time experience, not overly impressed. Wouldn't not try it again, just hope it would be better."

"This is a good burger joint (franchise) and their burgers have a nice char flavor to it. Their sides are big portions and unique! They have main course type items as a side option. This location offers military discount! They are relatively fast and I recommend giving them a try."
