"Terrible experience, would not recommend. Customer service is awful (they are nice on the phone and pretend that they'll solve your problems, but never do). It takes forever to get someone on the phone, and the deliveries are missed, charges are faults (not crediting the correct number of bottles, not replacing the correct number of bottles, etc). I would add that part of this is Primo Water's fault (they are also horrendous), but since Crystal Springs is entangled with Primo they all get lumped together."
"We’ve had this service for 2 years. They are constantly out of the water we purchase, they show up days late for delivery on a regular basis. I honestly believe it’s our delivery guy and not the company though. They skipped my last two orders and I have not received water in a month now. He arrives and takes my empty bottles and hasn’t left any. I’ve talked with customer service twice now and both times a new delivery was set up for the next day and neither day has it come. I was on hold over an hour last night and hung up and am currently on hold now. I will be asking if I can just pick up the water somewhere myself now…"
"Constantly have missed deliveries since I began service. I canceled service, cannot return my equipment myself and have to just keep setting all the empties and machine outside with the hope someone will pick it up--one of these days. The customer service said, "Just keep calling back and we will keep scheduling a pickup with the driver.""
"They constantly miss deliveries. They overcharge you, and say they’ll refund your funds but never do. The Facebook page they block negative comments and reviews so customers won’t know. Horrible company!"
