"I stopped at this location this morning and no one answered over the drive thru speaker; however, the employee was standing outside smoking a cigarette and I saw her hide behind her SUV while I was waiting in the drive thru. I wasn’t able to order since the employee refused to work."
"The people there never sound happy to be there and everytime I go they never can do the one simple thing I ask. Iight ice. That's all I want is light ice in my drink and they never can do that right. My drink lasts me almost all night due to a surgery I had, and the last thing I want is for it to be watery when I get to it. I work night shift. Why is it so hard to get that right"
"No stars. Sat at the drive-thru com waiting to order for 20 minutes. Tried multiple times to ask if someone was ready for our order and it was followed up with silence. Pulled to the window and sat there for another 10 minutes before being noticed. Was then told to pull back around and get back in line to order. Terrible service. Left and went somewhere else."
"This Dunkin donut location in my opinion could use a good cleaning and sanitizing. The floors were super sticky and so were the counter tops. The bathrooms weren’t clean either. The customer service could have also been better. I ordered mobile but I stood there for a good 10 minutes, before they even acknowledged me."
