"What's not to love about KFC! I mean, really. It's finger licking good for a reason! I dropped by the Elberton location and grabbed dinner while visiting my parents for the day. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was no crowd at the time so I only had to wait about 7 minutes for the order. In and out just like that. It was a great experience ask the way around. I'll certainly go back. I highly recommend it!"
"Worst KFC I've ever been to. Chicken was so greasy I could've shined my shoes with it. Chicken was very brown,like the grease was used the night before. This was opening time. The first cashier was nice, but one was very rude. Wasn't my fault they were short-handed."
"I can deal with one bad, random experience. I came to KFC last night and where do I start. The lady working the drive thru was constantly coughing and sneezing into her gloved hands immediately before handling food. I was the only person inside and it took almost 15 minutes to get my food. The lady who took my order forgot my nuggets because they were arguing about who makes the best sweet tea. Returned for lunch the next day and I couldn’t even make it through the drive thru. The young lady taking my order was beyond rude. She was super aggressive and even raised her voice in anger when I asked her to repeat herself. So much so that my wife didn’t want the food from there. We went to Bojangles instead; they were busier but the wait is worth it if we don’t have to deal with rude service workers."
"Food was disgusting. Chicken was cold and greasy. Sides were not that bad. Employees loud . We through our more chicken then anything. When was the oil changed. You could taste it, left a film on your teeth. NEVER AGAIN."
"Placed order through Door Dash for Nashville hot tenders & a spicy chicken sandwich. Got the smallest tenders ever. Weren't much bigger than chicken nuggets. Also, they were regular not Nashville hot. And, I got a plain ol' chicken sandwich. I wonder of it's that they can't read, or just don't care?"
