"When you walk into a place and there is no cashier, it's a bad sign. When the cashier does show and immediately says that I'm going to the bathroom, it's even worse. So, after several minutes waiting order, then another 5 or 7 for my order, perhaps, my review is a bit skewed. Nevertheless, I understand that many people rant and rave over these places, b but I'm not impressed. Mediocre chicken, over breaded tenders with zero flavor, soggy fries, tiny cut greenbeans and salty biscuits are seriously over-rated. Folks, I suggest you find a Popeyes to see what good chicken tastes like. Just my opinion."
"I love their chicken. This trip was a little disappointing. I ordered a 2 piece white chicken, with a drink. When I got to the window to pay, it was right at $18.00. which was a bit surprising. When I checked the bag, I had dark meat. I explained to the lady that I ordered white meat. So she got me white meat chicken. Now I also love Bojangles biscuits. When I got home I had no biscuit. It was very disappointing. I could have gone and got a steak for the price I paid for a two piece meal and a drink."
"Went in on Christmas Eve on my way home for the Holidays. Stopped in to grab something to eat and the service was in a timely manner and food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. Much needed for my trip."
"Stopped here coming from Atlanta going home to NC..The manager was very friendly and professional. Great representation of Bojangles. The food was hot, the restroom was clean, the lobby was clean, Great customer service from staff as well. Would definitely recommend."
