"i enjoy shopping here. Parking can be a bit of a problem no matter what time of the day or week. Checking out is hit or miss, sometimes only self seve checkout and 1 cashier and i have seen this on a staturday. They will usually open up other registers once a few lines have reached the middle of the store. I have never had rude service here in the couple of years i have been a member."

"WARNING TO CONSUMERS AND MANAGEMENT !! Love the flavor the price and the texture of the rotisserie chicken. However, I am very concerned for consumers because the chicken is not always done in fact maybe one out of five times it's ever fully cooked. The outside looks completely crispy and done and golden brown however as soon as you cut by a leg after you get home with the chicken it is bleeding pink blood. This is very concerning because chicken has the highest rate of e coli out of all meats. It must not have any pink juices coming out of the bird only clear liquid. I'm concerned someone is going to get sick. I shop at the Bobby Jones Expressway location in Augusta Georgia. I can never get in touch with anyone on the telephone even though it's during business hours and not close to the closing time. So I hope Management sees this information and takes IMMEDIATE ACTION. Workers are not putting cooking thermometer in the birds to make sure they're done before consumers get them. It's very embarrassing to be serving the rotisserie chicken to my guest and blood start streaming out. This post was made on January the 28th, 2024."

"A decent Sam's Club with all the usual Sam's Club goods, this Sam's Club can be a little bit of a nightmare when it comes to parking. You might have to circle around a few times to find a spot, especially on a busy day. The store is laid out reasonably well, and, of course, is a bit messy. I blame that more on the customers than the employees. Due to the fact this is a high traffic area, the store is usually high traffic as well, and you will probably find yourself waiting in any checkout lane for awhile, though the cashiers seem to move pretty quick. As always, a great place for those bulk & volume buys, with prices directly comparable to Walmart's, though because you are buying in volume, you'll probably save a few bucks on some stuff - plus they often carry goods and brands you won't find in your local chains."

"Sam’s Club at Bobby Jones in Augusta is incredible. Bright lights, clean, and overall friendly. Plenty to choose from and great specials. Best rates on tires & mattresses of quality. Rotisserie chickens melt in your mouth as does their in house pastries an desserts. Excellent selection of drinks. The food up front is Nathan’s Hotdogs and pizza along w a large drink and frozen yogurt for $4 and change. Highly recommend."
