"If this is the direction Wendy’s restaurants are going, they won’t be around much longer. Lobby was closed. Drive thru was backed up, so I got to sit and wait looking at overflowing trash cans. On top of the staff being beyond rude, my food was not even the least bit warm. Just passing through on my way to Florida wondering how hard saying ‘thank you’ and handing a hot hamburger out a window can really be. Apparently it’s pretty difficult for the bunch that works here. Who’s managing this place?"
"Great food, but yesterday. What horrible the cashier was so immature. I understand we all have bad days and are normal, but in those moments, I chose who I wanted to be. we were coming from Orlando from a family funeral and stopped getting something to eat. They found this actitud. If you don't want to work, don't make other people miserable."
"I had a fairly large order and although they forgot the cheese burgers. It has been a long time since I had real customer service they get 5 stars. I returned got an immediate let me take care of that. I got my food and was out the door. Thank you."
