Chick-fil-A

"I've visited over 50 different chick-fil-a restaurants around the country. This one is by far the worst I've ever been to. They've even got one of the coolest drive-thru that I've only seen 2 other chick-fil-a have, but these idiots even figured out how to screw that up also. I'll never be back"

"Usually enjoy chick fil a, but today was a miss. Hash browns were greasy. The container had grease spots where the hash browns were sitting. I ordered diet lemonade, but received diet coke since the person taking the order keyed in diet coke. The chicken minis were great as usual. Sad that 2 of the 3 things had issues. Usually chick fil a is on top of their game just not today."

"This is a mediocre Chick-fil-A which is something I've never experienced before. I've been a couple dozen times since they've opened and it's always a little disappointing. Cool wraps are sad, and inconsistent, except that they're always lacking in some area. Tea is either way too sweet or might as well be unsweetened. Sometimes their lunch sandwich filets are as small as a breakfast filet. Drive thru orders seem to be filled in a random order despite ordering ahead. There is always something that's just not up to par with what you would expect. I've mostly been for breakfast or lunch, 50/50 take out vs dine in."

"I'm not a big Chick-fil-A person, but I can say I have not had a single bad experience here. The staff, food, everything has been exceptional every time I've been. (Like I said not a big Chick-fil-A person but I've been maybe 5 times since they opened, and 5/5 visits getting a 10/10 isn't bad at all) keep it up guys! P.S the breakfast burrito is awesome!"

"Burnt chicken filets! I have friends in the restaurant business, and I also have worked in the restaurant business, and these appear to be cooked ahead, dipped again in oil to warm up the already fried filets, and then serving them double fried in order to get food out quicker in a rush. Not happy. This is not the way Chick-fil-A runs their businesses and unfortunately, this Chick-fil-A will go out of business if corporate does not correct the behavior now. Other possibility is not changing the grease. In any event, the chicken filets are burnt crisp and overcooked. I stopped going. Just click on the picture to enlarge and take a look at the sandwich. The replacement was exactly the same, and she said they all were that way, which signifies cooked ahead and redipped in oil a second time. If you are in the restaurant business, then you know "exactly" what I am talking about. Please do not call me and CONFRONT me like your manager already did when I was sick as a dog. That behavior should never be accepted at a Christian-run business. The drive through is slow and I am guessing that is why they are precooking and redipping in oil to burn the filets. Has happened more than once and ONLY at the Toccoa Chick-fil-A. Waited forever, then waited in a parking spot, then asked for a refund because the replacement sandwich was exactly the same, if not worse. Mgr stated all the chicken was like that. (No other Chick-fil-A is overcooked like that.) No juicy. Hard as a rock. Appalled, alarmed, and disgusted."
