"I have had auto and home for over 12 years. Very good at first and competitive. Built a custom home 8 years ago used them for construction loan insurance and after build out with their inspections. After recent high winds in my area which is up by the the lake I had roof singles come loose. Called they came out and stated my roof was installed wrong. How can you suggest in common sense and insure a home owner as both the policy holder during construction and afterwards the roofing was installed incorrect? Seemed to be a convienant way to not pay a claim. After all the years of no claims and actually insure more than market value due to custom home. I think they take the low road instead of doing what is right. I'm leaving them if I have to pay more period."
