"Always quick. Service is great. Staff is usually friendly. This is the only location I use and I'm never disappointed. They give me what I ask for and aren't pushy with the extras. They also give me honest opinions about whether or not they think I need to purchase extras (new air filter/wipers/etc). I really appreciate that. And if there's a line, I can walk in Lowe's for a bit and come back. All in all, 5 stars from me."
"I went to Jiffy Lube after trying to go to another auto service place for an oil change. The lines were long and it was cold. I left and went to Jiffy Lube I’m so glad I followed my mind. The price was a little more but they offer great coupons which I quickly downloaded. I was in and out in no time. The person who assisted me, Bridget was very kind and knowledgeable. "Tiffany was open for me at 7:59am. Very helpful, patient, & knowledgeable about my old 01 Honda babygirl. She offered a few recommendations & even settled my distrust due to other shops by showing me exactly where I had no anti-freeze before asking me to pay for more than what I asked when just coming into the shop for an oil change AND informed me of a benefit as a jiffy customer, the top off oil before 3k miles which I never knew before. Very beneficial as she burns oil faster than usual."
