"This is our go to hotel when we visit family in the area a few times a year. One of the few nice hotels in the area that is pet friendly. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming to our Cockers. We did have a problem with hot water due to a system failure on the floor and the staff quickly responded and moved us to a new room that wasn’t affected. The engineering staff was making aesthetic updates that give a touch of luxury and attention to detail."

"Mixed service. I called the Hilton garden at 11:30 and asked if I could get a room with a small dog, but wouldn't be there until 2:00 a.m. they said no problem. We arrived a little bit after 2:00 a.m. and there was somebody at the desk waiting for us. That was great! We got up around 8:30 and went down for breakfast. The meals were not included which is standard for Hilton. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. What wasn't standard was the half hour I waited for my Belgian waffle and two eggs. Not only that, they were delivered to somebody else that had come in 10 minutes before. To their credit I told the manager and they didn't charge us for my wife or my meal. Credit to them. Not sure where the problem was but it certainly wasn't like the normal Hilton garden or Hilton that I'm used to. I hope they fix issues as I like I like the brand."

"Wow, absolutely amazing weekend stay! This hotel exceeded our expectations and our experience was incredible. The staff, the room and location was phenomenal. My husband and I were here for the weekend to throw a 80th birthday party for our grandmother and were super exhausted and checked in at 12 am. I called the hotel, they were super accommodating and very pleasant. We had two rooms, one for our parents and one for us, each room was perfect. The only cons were that we came on a very very busy weekend and the breakfast buffet was extremely busy and the bar was empty but the staff quickly tried to replenish items and even gave us a Togo box and that the pool was closed for being serviced. I still give this hotel a 10/10. Super clean, updated and very customer friendly staff. Also, we left a coat in our room and they called us multiple times and emailed us to let us know that we left a a coat. They truly went above and beyond. Thank you Hilton Augusta! Superb job."

"Very clean, comfortable, and spacious hotel rooms. Service was overall friendly. You have to pay for breakfast. It's $15 for the buffet or order off the menu. It was a great breakfast though. Parking gets a bit difficult with the other hotel across the Parking lot. Fairly easy to get in and out of off the highway. I would stay here again. I enjoyed my stay."

"My wife and I had a great time at this hotel. The decor is clean, nice, and modern. The area around is also clean. So was our room. The staff was friendly and I was able to walk my dog around the parking lot and I felt safe. Overall the experience was great. The reason I give it four stars is because the breakfast was well made, it was not worth $15. I have stayed at plenty of hotels that offer breakfasts of that quality for free. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity."
