"The pools are clean and sparkle . One is warm and one is cool. The staff are relaxed and helpful. Parking is easy. Lighting is even adjusted well. Good work Augusta!"
"It's not really a "public" pool. In the mornings, swim teams reserve all the lanes (despite this being an "open swim" period), leaving none left for the actual public. They also don't have enough lifeguards working, which forces them to leave several lanes closed off, despite being at 100 percent capacity. The only way for the "public" to get a lane at busy times is to join a private swim club and pay the facility extra $$$."
"Went today 6-16-23, nice 50 meter lanes. The bathroom was a lot cleaner than before. FYI, water a little chilly. Over nice no fighting for a lane , I will be back. Thank you Augusta!"
"My son and I went for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! I really wish I would've known about this place sooner. The staff from the front desk to the lifeguards were extremely courteous, kind, and easygoing with us. I just wish it were closer since it was about a 40 minute drive for us but was well worth it. I'm so glad to have found a nice indoor facility that my son can swim in year round as it is extremely therapeutic for him and enjoyable exercise for me. I highly recommend it!"
"The lap pool, rec pool and locker rooms are FIRST RATE. I give three stars rather than five because their communication to the public of pool status is horrible. No one answers the phone. The website has NO information on it. I have a vague recollection of a swim meet today (noted ONLY on a board as you enter the facility). I have called 10 times. No answer. I drive 25 miles to swim there, that’s how great a lap pool it is. But - is it open today? I have nooooooo idea. I reallllllllllly wish they would: 1. Change outgoing message if pool is closed 2. Post closures and events on the dang website."
