"I bought a new set of tires here for my vehicle 6 months ago and purchased the maintenance and insurance package. I went there today because my left rear tire indicator light was on stating check tire pressure. I waited in line inside the store patiently for 20 minutes as there were only two guys at the front counter. I told the rep that I needed the air checked in my tires, and he directed me to go to the last bay by the red air pump, and the worker will check my would help me. The worker at the air pump was checking the air in a car in front of me. I waited in my car patiently for another 20 minutes just for that worker to walk away without acknowledging me and then the manager who was at the front counter directed this pickup truck with 3 well dressed white gentlemen in front of my vehicle and started checking their vehicle. I got out of my vehicle and asked him what he was doing because I had been waiting 45 minutes, and I was next in line and those gentlemen came after me. He told me that he was helping them and would get to me next. One of the gentlemen slipped him some money and they went on their way. I truly feel as though I was discriminated against and I will not spend anymore of my money with this organization."

"Great customer service . They go above and beyond and they are quick. I purchased a set of tires previously and they promised to fit me in at some point throughout the day. I dropped my car off as soon as they opened and before I could finish paying they had my car in the bay and tires being removed. Thanks for getting my Friday back! "Arrived at 9am for a 9:15 appointment for a rotation and balance. CSR stated that he doesn't know what happened and vehicle wasn't checked in until 9:30. Saw several customers come in after me but leave before me. No explanation or anything. Definitely won't be coming back."
