"We ordered two boards. The process was simple and professional from start to delivery. Excellent communication not only with Glenn but the delivery company as well. The boards were bubbled wrapped and double boxed and free of damage. They are stable and cut through the water smoothly. We couldn't be happier!"

"We have 4,792 verified buyer reviews on our branded web site. We respond to customer reviews below. 1) To address the slanderous review from Grgic, we ask Google to remove the factually inaccurate review (with blatant falsehoods), as we have documentation from the freight company (proof of delivery) that the customer signed for the delivery with no damage, during pickup at the freight company terminal. Warehouse staff confirmed to us by email that they placed the fully boxed board in the back of his pickup truck, double boxed in the way we shipped it. Our boards never leave factory in anything less than 100% condition (we have over 4,700 five star verified buyer reviews on our site). It is quite clear that the customer damaged and abused the board after leaving the terminal. He did not comply with instructions regarding handling the board after he received it. He then expected us to fully refund him, in contravention of agreed terms. At that, as goodwill we offered the customer that we would replace the board and he could use the damaged board until he received the new board. He could then use the new box to return the board to us. Our satisfaction guarantee and agree terms with customer, outlined that unused board with original packing material could be returned to us for refund (less shipping cost and 10% restocking fee). Customer refused this offer. We then offered customer $200 repair refund and links how to repair the board. Customer accepted this, only to write a malicious review with many falsehoods. 2) We are 29 year old industry leader, strictly online business and do not have a retail outlet that is open to the public. 3) We do not post reviews related to clear impact damage, such as Ms. Meredith. We clearly outline on our warranty page and Satisfaction Guarantee that impact damage and abuse is not covered under warranty. To address the review posted below, we were extremely respectful, yet factual with the customer. Our shipments are insured against damage, so long as customers comply with rules related to product inspection at time of delivery. We clearly outline shipping and inspection instructions from the freight carrier, which the customer agreed to before we shipped their order. They did not comply with the terms they agreed to, therefore, the freight company would not cover damage to their shipment. The customer's credit card company sided with us and rejected their claim, when she disputed the charge."

"I wanted to write this review because I saw so many bad reviews, which almost caused me to not purchase one of the boards from the Cruiser SUP website. However, my experience was much different than the others and I am thrilled with my purchase. I used the online chat many times to talk with the Glenn before, during, and after the purchase of my board (I also made sure to read the return policy and ask questions so I would not be facing a story similar to the other reviews). My board showed up quickly and while there was some damage to the outer shipping box the board was well protected by an inner box and many layers of bubble wrap. Everything showed up but my board bag which I was told after I purchased it that it was sold out but would ship at a specific date. I chatted with Glenn many times after it arrived to discuss the shipping of the board bag and how to properly clean my board. I also found the videos on their website useful for installing the fin. I was really happy with the entire process from start to finish and would buy from this company again in the future."

"This company is absolutely horrible !! DO NOT BUY !!! After spending $1300 I received a cracked board I then emailed pictures and the customer service sent me a YouTube repair video and told me to go purchase gorilla glue to repair it. I am not able to return the board now because I don’t not have the original 12 ft boxes anymore !! The boards are MADE IN CHINA the quality control is extremely bad, the glue they use for the foam is cheap and very low quality. On the cracked board I received the foam was raised in spots and not glued down they told me to go buy cement glue and re glue it !!! The board had small scratches and grease on it, obviously stored in a cheap dirty warehouse! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A CRIMINAL WITH CONSTANT QUESTIONING AS IF YOU ARE TRYING TO SCAM THEM !!!"
