"Initially my experience was great. Salesperson was very informative. I stopped by on my lunch break and picked out some things. I was told I did not get approved for the total amount and would need to remove some items. I had to get back to work but planned to stop back by. The next morning I received a call stating my delivery driver was on his way to my residence. I met them there and everything I had picked out was delivered. When speaking to my salesperson, I was told that they “pushed” my purchase through. When I was told what my payments would be, it was a little steep but I do well so I could manage it. I was late making my second payment and someone showed up at my job unannounced. Long story short, I work in a business office where this type of behavior is unacceptable. Last time I do business with the Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA store."

I began dealing with a Mrs Betty Grimes even b4 I came down ..the bedroom set I wanted was no longer available..but the people at Farmers when out of their way and found the exact set I needed after a search of their other stores I was more than suprised And pleased when mrs Betty called and told me they were able to locate all my items ..I am more than pleased on the total outcome the delivery guys went above and beyond driving 2hrs to get all peices I will be using Farmers again"
