To ensure that they had all the information needed to make a decision, I followed up by sending an email with additional documentation/evidence. I patiently waited to hear something back, however, I never received anything. After a few weeks, I called and left voicemails, but never received a response. Unfortunately, I had to move on after not hearing anything."
