"Very bad service. We had 2 destinations from JFK to Milan - Italy and Milan to Bangladesh but the guy name Sultan he did not provide us seat together. He made us purchased separate tickets. While traveling me and my my husband has to seated separately which doesn’t make any sense . He knows that we are booking 2 tickets together yet he didn’t mention about the seats. Next time whoever go to this guy make sure to ask for each details otherwise you will take the hassle especially when you travel with family."
