"If I could give them no stars then I definitely would . Walked into the peach orchard Oreilys no one greeted me nor my daughter .Strike one . Then we proceeded to walk to the back usually , someone asks if you need help , and before you ask no, no one else was in the store expect one person that was walking out of the door . So we go to the back & get oil but I wasn’t sure if that was the problem so it was an older woman with glasses & older man dark with glasses, both are black . I asked him can he run a diagnostic on my car *I always come to Oreilys not this one * first & last one * but I’m sure all of the locations should follow the same protocols right ? Anywho , he says we CANT check your oil which the other Oreilys have . Then he proceeded to say when we run diagnostic you do yourself … me ? So , i stated “is there not a free check engine light service “ Then he proceeded to say “ we can’t do it for you so then he proceeded to try to give me the cord . Then I told him no thanks & then he had an attitude & started talking about me to his coworker . Very rude customer service this is my first & last time at this location needs better workers !!!"
"O'Reilly is my number one place to get parts for my car or to get car accessories to enhance the look of my car.The parts are very reasonable and good parts! I never had to return my thing because of bad parts! They have good customer service and they are very helpful with assisting you with getting the right parts"
