"Worst customer service I've seen in a while. I ordered a part online that stated it was in stock and would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited until my lunch break 3.5 hours later to drive the 45 minutes and pick it up. However, when I arrive the part is not in stock at their store and they had to order it from a different store which made me have to drive the 45 minutes again. Then when I get back to work I get an email saying my order was canceled. Response to Owner: I did call your customer service line and they confirmed the in-store personnel canceled the order. Coming from a person that has multiple cars and restores them. I won't take that chance and waste 3 hours of my time and gas to not even get the part I ordered. Huge disconnect from the online service to the local store."

"Today I came in early in the morning needing assistance . A gentleman by the name of Mr Bobby Cruse helped me and I was blown away by his patience , professionalism and phenomenal customer service . Most people are grumpy early in the morning but Mr Bobby was so polite and greeted me with a smile. This is the best customer service experience I have received since the pandemic. A lot of places have workers who act as if they hate their job . I wanted to take the time out to acknowledge when I have an above average experience. Thank you for such wonderful customer service skills . :)"
