"Needed a passenger car door and front panel replaced. We prepaid for parts so things would go smoother and faster. This did not happen. Customer service was terrible. The door was delivered damaged, which they never checked until it was supposed to be painted, which delayed us getting the car. They were supposed to call Tuesdays and Thursdays for service updates. They never called, I had to call them every single time. When I did call it took at least 2 times to get through to someone. If they had to call me back I'd be told 20 to 30 minutes. It would be hours or they never called at all. They were supposed to finished within 3-5 days it took 9 business days. When we brought up it not being finished on time they said we didn't have a contract just a verbal agreement. They called to tell me to pick up my car 20 minutes before they closed on Friday, which we could not make it in time because of traffic. I had called that day to asked when to be there and was told I'd get a call to let me know the time to come pick up my car. I was fed up and so I asked to speak to someone other than Kasey and was given another person. I was given the correct first name but wrong last name. I looked like a fool when I called to speak with him and did not even have the correct name. My only purpose was to let him know my experience with his customer service and after listening to my side of the story he discredited me by saying it didn't match what was in my file. When he told me a few discrepancies in the different details from the file I asked why would I lie about the information I was given. I was not asking for a price to be changed, just giving him information about how his costumer service was being handled. To be frank that made him shut up and actually listen to me. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the job was done well, but when you have bad front house service it affects the whole experience."

"My parked truck was hit in my driveway by an inattentive and reckless driver. It had dents on both sides and the tailgate, bed and light needed to be repaired.The driver's insurance company was Progressive, that listed Cushman as one to use on their referral list. I had to use someone on their approved list. Cushman picked up my truck the middle of August. It took five weeks of constantly tracking them about it to actually receive it back. They said it was good to go. It was one excuse after the other before it was ready, I expected no more than 3 or 4 weeks. When they finally released it back , it had a wobbling wheel and tire that people pointed out to me at stop lights. I had no idea I was driving dangerously. They never CHECKED THE FRAME OR AXLE the first time. How ignorant!! The axle was bent! I am not even in the profession and I know that should be checked after a vehicle is hit. I took it back, and it took an additional two weeks or so to receive it back, due to a "part" not arriving on time so they said. At this point, I simply could not trust anything they said. I received my truck back the first week in October. Seven weeks GONE. This was MY experience. I have paperwork proof. If you use them, GOOD LUCK!"

"I live an hour away and she calls at 4:18 pm telling me to pick the car up by 5. Not a very friendly customer service experience. They fixed my collision damage but put scratches on my car in the process. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the collision damage is fixed."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! My wife and I took the car here and lets just say they were weeks late on returning it. When we finally got the car back the car was pulling severely to the right, the driver side was making this bubbling sound and the heater wasn't working. We take the car back and they hold it for a day and when we got the car back a second time nothing was changed. So we take it back a 3rd time and guess what we are experiencing the same problems as before. All we experienced was lie after lie. The best lie was that it was currently with the mechanic and so I drive by and guess what, its sitting in the same place it was when we dropped it off. We encountered one lie after another. It was the worst experience I have ever had. This place is HORRIBLE! The people are unprofessional. I was in the office with my wife when a lady said "I can't help them I have to get my kids". This place is a joke. Taking my car here was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. Just to add, if you have Progressive this is one of their preferred / recommend businesses. WHO CARES! Tell them you want to take it some where else. You will be better off in the long run. TRUST ME!!!"
