"The company did great on my car; however all the logistics leading up to my car were frustrating. My accident happened in August and they scheduled me for the middle of November, and then they called me to reschedule me for the end of January. After my car was dropped off the car wasn’t ready for two weeks which is why they initially rescheduled me in the first place. They promised my car would be ready February 7. They called me 10 minutes before closed to tell me it wouldn’t be ready until the eighth and when I showed up on the eighth my car was not ready. The staff was sweet, but the whole experience was very inconvenient."

"My simple repairs took 2 months to complete. Even after the repairs were “complete”, I had to wait another week to pick up my vehicle due to a paperwork issue that should’ve been resolved when I dropped off the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, it was quite obvious that the molding that was “repaired” Was not securely attached. So I will have to take the vehicle back to have that addressed. Also, after they had my vehicle for six weeks, they realize they needed another part that had to be ordered and is on back order with no ETA. Whenever that part arrives, I will have to take my vehicle back to have that repaired and I am worried that I will be without my vehicle for several more weeks. I am terribly disappointed in my experience at Kendrick’s."
