"I called this location one morning and asked to bring my car in, took it in at 9 and was out by 10. All I had them do was inspect some damage, but they had it done very quickly, especially considering I didn’t have an appointment. It cost me around $70, which is honestly a fair price considering how fast and good the service was! If I wasn’t from out-of-town, I’d definitely consider using this place for all my repairs, although it DID sound like they were ripping off the lady sitting next to me in the lobby."

"My family and I was on our way to Mrytle Beach, for my birthday vacation, our car died on us in Columbia SC. C&C automotive was the only shop that offered to help us. Tom was such a great help. "I will never return back to them again! I only went because the Dodge dealership were completely booked until another week and it was time for me to get an oil change. So I scheduled an oil change and ask for the $60 something dollar one but instead got the $40 one so I was upset because I didn’t ask for that. Then I was told I needed a cabin air filter, engine air filter and brake flush. Well I scheduled that later that week but as night falls and I have lights under my car, well the lights didn’t turn on and they stated that they don’t know what happened well my lights were working fine until I brought my car here so that’s one thing I had to pay to get fix. Then came in to let them fix the repairs that they said were needed and I ask for them not to change my filters because I was going to the dealer well they put them in and then flush my brakes so this was a total of about $400 and something and I was like why so highly “well we did the filters and brake flush.” No! I didn’t want the filters because I wanted certain ones put in. Well they took one filter out and didn’t charge me for neither so I ended up paying $189 for the brake flush. So immediately when the worker drove my car around I noticed a loud squeaking noise that wasn’t present before so he took it back to the back and as I drove off i didn’t notice it so most likely they sprayed Wd40 so I ask the front desk person did they say anything about my brakes or rotor (remind you I have 2020 Dodge Challenger which is kept up very well and I’m the only owner so it was a brand new car) so she responded and said the tech said my brakes were good well took it to the dealership and ended up paying $350 because obviously C&C techs know nothing about brakes but I was very disappointed with them because I spent more money out of my pockets fixing a problem that they didn’t spot! Everyone just be careful going there because I’m a mother of 5 and had to spend unnecessary money that I don’t have! As of 3/31/23, Thank you Aaron for resolving this issue and making sure everything was working good and also fixing my lights. Even I had to spend more money out my pockets, I appreciate what you did so much!!"
