"My experience with ATC was great. The customer service and communication was absolutely amazing. The service rep was always kind and professional and very understanding. I picked up my vehicle and thought everything was perfect however there was a small issue upon my initial pickup. I contacted ATC and they fixed the issue with no problem. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order for me. They arranged for a tow to come to me and reevaluated my vehicle free of charge. Not many places out there today would take the steps this team did throughout this process. ATC has gained a new customer for life."

"Customer service is questionable. I guess since it is a family owned business they can pick and choose who and whatever they charge then change their minds about it last minute. Communication is also a questionable factor considering you have to almost harass them in order to get an answer for an update on your vehicle. If you go here please get in writing what you want done and what you do not want done. If not, then they will take it into their hands and end up charging you for something you did not agree to. Please be careful and make sure you repeat yourself as much as you can and get documentation for what is being done."
"Car repair can be tricky. I am not from Augusta, so I decided to find a shop that was highly rated. I can honestly say they went above and beyond; they made sure I was aware of all issues and explained them in a very detailed manner. The mechanics really wanted to be sure it was fixed properly and were enthusiastic while repairing; they take great pride in their work."
