"This company posts the actual delivery work on a gig work platform. To see a glass installation case on there was perplexing. To be offered $300 for two people to drive their own or company vehicle to remove a large glass display case, dispose of it, and deliver/install a new one is ludicrous. In addition, the drive time of 8 hours round trip took this one over the top, so I felt the need to write this review. I'd stay away from doing work for these guys or using them for deliveries."

"Let me just start with that you are welcome. This tennis table is "Olympic" class table and requires well more than 3 maybe 4 hours to assemble level and fine tune to the specifications of both the client and the "World Table Tennis Organization" I would not say that it was out of my skillet but out of the payment for the standard rate that a consumer would pay when purchasing white clove services. 135 for assembly and leveling and fine tuning the table and be responsible for trash removal as well. That leaves over 300 some what unaccounted for then decide that by to for a four hour job plus trash removal comes to 16.65 not including the dump fees for disposal of solid waste. Again I did this as a favor because you have a hard time finding people to read the WO. Now to the table that had multiple defects due to workmanship and manufacturing. See the photos of broken cam Locks etc. I was able to pre assemble everything. When placing the table in the final resting place a and beginning to lock table in place and together the table came a part crashing onto my chest the client and my helper removed half the table off my chest. The cam Locks on one side let loose. After That I was able to finally finish the assembly. Now I have the fine tuning and leveling to the customers needs. Every little adjustment in q area would throw off another area but eventually I overcame the issues Finally there is the trash removal and taking it to the local waste management site pay dump fees. Be advised that the fit and finish and quality of the manufacturing left much to be desired. The customer will be looking for some for of discount. I don't him I would be as well"

"I was contacted by the person who would assemble our lockers directly and he said he could assemble on Wednesday but preferred Thursday. I contacted Wayfair directly regarding our order and they scheduled for our locker assembly. Because I wasn’t sure if they scheduled with the person that texted me or not, I texted the following to the individual, “ Hello! This is Nicole Dudas - the Lockers were delivered today and the woman on the phone with Wayfair said we were scheduled for assembly tomorrow. Im concerned about if she already booked a company or if she’s referring to you and we still need to coordinate times. What time would you be available tomorrow or what time Thursday?” On my end, I was under the impression we were definitely booked with someone on Wednesday as Wayfair informed me and I was just taking an extra precaution. The individual messaged me asking if 2/3 time frame would be ok but the message came after I was asleep. I called the individual on my lunch break to confirm that the time was ok to which he responded he could no longer do that time. The soonest time we could get was Monday. I asked him to put me on the schedule for Monday but said I would contact Wayfair to see if we could get a different company sooner since Monday was too long to wait for an operating gym. After talking to Wayfair Saturday a representative said she would see if they could get me scheduled sooner and when no one called to schedule from this company I called Wayfair again. They were surprised and upset that no one called me Saturday as they were supposed to. Monday rolled around and I put another call to my representative who then put calls into this company and again no one called me back. And... low and behold... no one showed up to assemble my lockers today though I asked for the appointment to be made. I would not ever use this company again and would steer people clear of it."
