"I wish i could give a review less than this. I have nothing good to say about this company and its drivers. For the last 2 -3 weeks we have called a cab 1 hour before time and they are still late and make you miss your train, How can you call a cab at 5:00pm for 6:00 and the driver is still late and then proceeds to take his time causing you to miss your scheduled train. The Dispatch workers are very rude, and the drivers are horrible just as well one of the drivers attempted to pull off with my leg still out of the car and the door open, and didn't expect me to yell at him, he put my life in danger. I could have been injured. I have now decided not to give them my business anymore and will be taking Uber or Lyft. Please save yourself the aggravation and call a different company or Uber and Lyft."

"They completely overcharge. They pick up at Hicksville train station but charge way more than other companies for even short distances. Called a cab to the train station from Levittown, got charged 15 for 2 people. Used this company to go back, $20..... that's $5 a mile. Was told that I could have chosen another company. Will not be using them EVER again..."

"Unprofessional, unreliable, and rude people. I really wanted to support this local business instead of Uber despite the archaic inconveniences (cash only, phone only, no app, old ratty cars) but today was the last straw. I missed my train because my cab driver went way out of the way to pick up someone else without telling me. It is normally a $9, 10-min ride but I always go early so there was half an hour to get there but it took 40 min! The icing on top is that when I called their office they tried to blame me! Rude people and unreliable service. I was willing to put up with old, smelly cars but now I'm just gonna use Uber and forget about trying to support this local business. It's only a matter of time before they go under."

"I used to be a driver for them. I'll give you an honest rundown: Cons: Not competitively priced (but you are paying a little extra for the use of their minivans - as opposed to the normal old-style taxi sedan). Different dispatchers, per their different shifts, may give different prices, but that goes across the board for taxi companies, in general. They are working on getting newer cars, but it'll be a while. Pros; Almost all the drivers are very friendly and customer-service-oriented. There are a few with no personality, but they still act like professionals (some I would give an A and some a B+ for professionalism). They will often not require you to wait for anyone else to get in the car. Most of the people posting on here are talking about experiences that occur far and few between what actually happens."
