"I visited Dan's soon after it opened in Toccoa, purchased a single wash and was very pleased! I recently visited, purchased the same wash, on same vehicle and it left dirt on back bumper (you could see brush marks where it wasn't completely clean). I returned to show them and ask if the car could be run back through, the employee conferred with Manager and I was told "no, I would have to purchase another wash". Very disappointing. This is not good customer service considering I had proof of purchase. Would not recommend this business to others."

"Started out as a wonderful place with 100% customer service. 2 weeks into it, one of the brushes in the wash itself is broken with no repair date in sight. Secondly, there was no mat cleaner and the compressed air at the mat washer was broke. Absolutely wonderful employee but given a new business some are unsure of what their jobs are. They try but can only do what the owners provide them with! If things continue the way they are I will not be a monthly member!"

"My car is super clean. Employees are very nice and seem happy with their job. My favorite thing is the mat washer!!! Has compressed air, interior cleaner, window cleaner, and rags available at the vacuums. There's also a pre-wash area where you can clean out the bed of the truck or get the tires/wheels clean."
