My Lexus had a special paint job and you would never know I had to have the trunk hood replaced. His wife Ginger is at the front desk and always greets you with a smile. "I always have heard that they do good work. Our car took a little over $5000 to fix. The value of it at that time was $31000. We should not have received a severe rating on carfax when it only took $5000 to fix it. $31000 down to $13000 because it had $5000 worth of damage, come on I could understand $25000 but not so with a severe rating. Wrongly rated our car and is costing us thousands. Will not ever use them again or recommend them. We had to turn the car down 3 different times to get it marginally fixed. Not happy at all."

They dealt with all my dumb questions and they got my car back to me reasonably quick. All in all they are awesome people who do awesome work."
