"Recently I had the opportunity to have my vehicle repair performed by these gentlemen. The work was excellent and the price was fair. I went back to get another estimate on having the steering box adjusted for slack. The gentlemen gave me a quote that was reasonable. While discussing this a mechanic entered into the conversation and stated that it was bushings on the rack and pinion mount without even seeing that. I felt that I was being given the usual customer add on for service. I, being disgusted decided to leave. While leaving I asked another mechanic where to adjust the steering box. The gentlemen was very helpful. While speaking the mechanic that insisted on the bushing came out looked under my truck and stated "Yes, rack and pinion steering". He then walked away. I would thing that you try adjusting the steering box first and then check the bushings before deciding it was the bushings with out even looking at them. I believe this mechanic was trying to find more work at this time of the year. Disappointed Military Veterans and in poor health, but I will try to fix it myself now since my confidence is destroyed."

"I'm surprised with how many good reviews there are. Mechanic tried telling me it was a 20 hour job that would cost $2400 for only labor to replace the motor in a 3.9 Dodge Dakota. Book calls for 8-10 hours which other mechanics in town have me quoted at $700-$900 for labor. I assumed maybe there was a miscommunication and that they were including the motor with the labor so when I went back and told the mechanic the book only calls for 8-10 hours and that I was wanting to clarify I only wanted the labor quote he stumbled on his words and mumbled and pointed at the calculator on his computer and says it's telling him 20 hours and that my quote would be $2100 for labor only, which was $300 less all of a sudden. I'm assuming the mechanic just didn't want to do the work but don't lie and try to rip people off just be honest if you're not wanting to do the work. Try going to Aubrey's or Powell's they are honest hard working people that won't try to scam people for a quick buck."
