"She was very unprofessional. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered by a specific time and it wasn’t delivered till hours after so the person wasn’t able to enjoy the flowers on there special day. She said the flower truck was running late that’s why she wasn’t able to deliver them on time but never reached out to me in the morning to let me know that detail and to see if I still wanted them delivered. I had to reach out to her and when I expressed my frustration about them being late and no longer a surprise she said it is what it is life’s not perfect and she didn’t care because she was retiring soon anyway. She could have simply made it right by apologizing and taking the delivery fee off to show some kind of sympathy for them being late."

"My mother just recently passed away and my employer ordered a beautiful basket of snapdragons lillies, spider mums. It is gorgeous! I highly recommend and will be ordering from here in the future. Donna is also very sweet and very talented."
"I live three hours away but ordered flowers from Donna as a “get well” gift for a friend who lived in the area and was getting surgery. I had to cancel and reschedule the order a number of times because Covid procedures at the hospital kept putting my friend’s surgery off and Donna was completely understanding, flexible and accommodating. Just awesome customer service, beautiful flowers and fair prices. I definitely recommend Sweet Briar Flower shop to anyone looking to purchase flowers in the Galway area."
"Ripoff central. Got a $50 bouquet that looked like it would be $10 at walgreens. They wouldn't even wrap it up they just tied the flowers together. Had no choice but to take it as I had to br somewhere and called it in in advance. Nice people but not a good value."
