"My husband purchased a bracelet for me from Reeds Jewelers on the day before Christmas. I decided the item was not for daily wear and wanted to exchange the gift for something different. Not realizing that their holiday exchange policy is 30 days, I went today to exchange and was told that I could not exchange or return, even though I was wiling to spend nearly double the cost of the original item to purchase something else. The attendant helpfully suggested I "re-gift" the bracelet. I understand that each store has their rules, however this was the first (and last) time my husband or I will shop there."
