"I went into the Fairport branch today (June 30th, 2023 around 1PM) to pay off my car loan and the heavyset woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and abrasive and unhelpful. When I asked how to pay off the loan she responded curtly and treated me like I was stupid. In fact everyone behind the counter looked unhappy, no one smiled. I ended up going to another branch in Brighton to pay it off, they did everything for me including look up the loan and fill out the ticket for me, all I had to do was write the check and hand it to them but the woman at the Fairport branch couldn't be bothered to do the same even though it took all of 2 minutes and there was NO ONE else in line behind me. In the future I suggest treating everyone with courtesy, despite what they look like. I’m pretty sure you know what I’m referring to. This branch is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This all happened a month ago and no one has bothered to respond to my complaint. Indicative of the fact that they just don’t care about how they treat their customers."
