"If I could give zero start I would. This company called my dad then I got a call from a sketchy woman asking me to confirm personal info on a "personal matter" that they are taking care of for me. Asked who they were and was told by the woman that can google who they are. When I asked questions there was nothing told to me other than it was a personal matter. Told them if it was important they can send me a letter in the mail since they supposedly have my address on file that they wanted me to confirm."

"I started getting spam calls from this Phishing company and they immediately asked for my wife’s personally identifiable information. They claim they use an auto-dialer, but just so happen to have called me on my cell manually, to avoid the perception of a TCPA violation. Not a credible company and I’d advise you to seek an attorney before taking their call. Disgusting."

"This organization is not one to negotiate when clearly they charge outlandish penalties and fees. I'm a struggling student who literally had 3 classes to complete my Master's Degree at CSU Global University. The account went into collections on 06/06/2023 and Conserve charged in access of 1179.00 in fees SOMETIME BEFORE August 23, 2023. I suppose this is why they have a 1.9 review rating. A young lady and her organization have without a doubt been a Godsend and agreed to pay the initial fees believed to be close to 5,000 dollars. The school's website states. Students are subject to any or all of the following actions if they have a delinquent debt to CSU Global: Administratively withdrawn Transcripts withheld Degree withheld Unregistered from current or future course(s) No future course registrations allowed Turned over to a collection agency REASONABLE COLLECTION AND LEGAL FEES will be added to the amount due. A $10.00 late fee will be charged for payments 15 days past their due date, and a $25.00 fee will be for insufficient funds when payments are electronically processed. Students who have been referred to an outside collection agency will be required to pay all charges by the first day of the term or may be dropped from their courses. Trust me I take full responsibility for not paying. I get it had to go to collections and reasonable fees should be accessed. However, why is it that businesses don't have reasonable policies, and use Business Ethics to adhere to clients? We live in a world where it is hard to meet basic living essentials. How does this company expect to thrive when they don't use ethical business practices? Remember 1.9 reviews."

"Straight SCAMMERS!!! How in the hell the IRS (GOVERNMENT) turn your taxes over to a collection agency, let alone without them (IRS) trying to resolve the issue their self first? Make this make since. The customer service is no help and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be contacting the BBB..."

"Got a phone call from this company claiming to collect on unpaid federal taxes. They said I was issued a letter from the irs that I never received. They then tried to tell me I had to update my address so the it’s could issue me another letter. We went back and forth for a while and come to find out it was a different person with my same first and last name. How they got my phone number is beyond me. Absolutely unprofessional. 0 Stars"
